Mallya buoyed by 'very important' points
Force India team boss Vijay Mallya described as "very important" the double points finish Paul di Resta and Adrian Sutil secured at the outfit's home Grand Prix in India. With di Resta and Sutil taking the chequered flag in eighth and ninth respectively, the squad recorded its first double top ten since the British Grand Prix back in June, and moved 23 points clear of Sauber in the battle for sixth in the Constructors' standings. Reflecting on the race, Mallya heaped praise on his workforce for its continual efforts, having been hurt by the tyre changes Pirelli made at the midway point of the season.
