Domenicali: Kubica won’t return to F1

Ferrari team principal Stefano Domenicali believes Robert Kubica will never again compete in F1. Kubica was seriously injured in a rally crash back at the start of 2011 and while he has since made a good recovery, he still has limited movement in his right arm and has himself admitted that while he could now drive an F1 car he would only be able to do it on certain circuits, although he remains hopeful this situation might improve in the future. “We were keeping an eye on him,” Domenicali said in an interview on Ferrari’s official website. “Unfortunately, I don’t think he will be back, because with his physical problem, he would struggle in certain limited situations which require...
