Russian teenager to replace Ricciardo at Toro Rosso

Russian teenager Daniil Kvyat was named on Monday as Toro Rosso's replacement for Red Bull bound Australian Daniel Ricciardo for next season's Formula One campaign. The 19-year-old Russian – has experience in GP3 and the European Championship Formula 3 series – will partner Frenchman Jean-Eric Vergne at the sister stable of the all-conquering Red Bull team. "This is wonderful news, a dream has become reality, and I thank both Red Bull and Toro Rosso for giving me this opportunity," said the Rome-based Kvyat.
