Giving up on 2013 was never an option for Sauber

Sauber team principal Monisha Kaltenborn has said that giving up on the 2013 season was never an option. With new regulations coming into force for 2014 and a poor start to this season, many expected the Swiss outfit to give up on the C32 and focus on next year. The team also have their sights firmly set on Force India's sixth place in the constructor's standings after their change in fortunes in recent races. Kaltenborn believes that a number of updates and, to a lesser degree, the changes made to the Pirelli tyres have helped the team move consistently into the top 10.
