Gutierrez satisfied after securing first points

Sauber F1 Team Esteban Gutierrez expressed his satisfaction after securing his first Formula 1 points at the Japanese Grand Prix. Gutierrez started from 14th on the grid but made a strong start to run inside the top 10 throughout the race. The Mexican eventually came home in seventh place – taking six points – after fending off Nico Rosberg throughout the final laps. 'Finally I can feel great satisfaction after the race,' he said. 'It has been a lot of work to get up to this point and, while it has not been an easy path, I think it has been a very solid one.'
