Prodromou to make McLaren return

Peter Prodromou, Red Bull's chief aerodynamicist, will return to McLaren when his contract expires at the end of next year. The arrival of the Briton, who has worked alongside Adrian Newey since 2006, will coincide with Honda's return to the sport. Confirming the deal at Suzuka, McLaren Managing Director Jonathan Neale has hinted that Prodromou will be the first in a sequence of important signings. "We have recruited Peter," Neale confirmed on Saturday. "We are really excited about him joining the team. It is not a one-off thing, in that we have made some moves during the course of this year.
