McLaren lines up Red Bull aerodynamics chief
Peter Prodromou is a key component of Adrian Newey's design team Sutton Images Enlarge McLaren is set to steal a key member of Red Bull's design team, according to a report. Germany's Auto Motor und Sport claims that head of aerodynamics Peter Prodromou has been enticed back to the team he left in 2006 to join Adrian Newey at Red Bull. According to the report, Prodromou will return to McLaren in 2015 due to the need to complete a year's gardening leave before switching teams. McLaren team principal Martin Whitmarsh had promised "headline-grabbing" signings last weekend in Korea.
