Chassis damage rules Bianchi out of FP2

Jules Bianchi will sit out of second practice for the Japanese Grand Prix after sustaining chassis damage during a crash in first practice. Bianchi crashed at Degner 2 after he lost the rear of his car on the apex of the corner. As he went to correct the slide he got his arm stuck in the side of the cockpit and ended up steering it through the gravel and into the barriers. The impact wiped off his front left suspension and the nose of the car. "As a consequence of Jules Bianchi's accident in this morning's Free Practice 1 session, his allocated chassis MR02-02 has sustained damage that is repairable but not in sufficient time for him to take part in Free Practice 2," read a team...
