Force India move to reassure Di Resta

Force India deputy team principal Bob Fernley has said Paul di Resta will not be judged on the last few races alone, when it comes to a decision on whether or not they retain his services for the 2014 season. Di Resta has had a woeful run of late, retiring for the fourth race in succession in Korea last weekend, after he made an error and crashed out just before mid-distance. He has now gone six races without scoring points and his dip in form has fuelled speculation he might be dropped. “This is our third season with Paul; we’ve had two and half seasons of fantastic effort from him, so we wouldn’t judge somebody over two or three races,” Fernley told Sky Sports when asked if he...
