Pic and Bianchi handed 10-place grid penalties for Japan

Charles Pic and Jules Bianchi have been given 10-place grid penalties for next weekend's Japanese Grand Prix. Bianchi only had one strike next to his name going in to the Korean Grand Prix weekend. However he was handed a reprimand on Saturday for holding up Paul di Resta during qualifying and was given another one after the 55 lap race for failing to slow for yellow flags. Charles Pic was also handed his second reprimand of the weekend for the same offense, the first being for missing a weighbridge call during Friday practice.
