Bianchi receives grid penalty and reprimand

October 5th, 2013 (F1Plus / Chris Cameron-Dow) - Jules Bianchi has been penalised by the stewards after qualifying due to an incident in which he impeded Paul Di Resta during Q1 while Di Resta was on a flying lap. Bianchi received a three-place grid penalty for tomorrow's race and a reprimand, his second of the season. On Di Resta's final flying lap in the first part of qualifying, he came up behind behind Bianchi, who was on an out lap and about to start his flying lap, in the final sector of the track. Bianchi was warned of Di Resta's approach on the radio, but did not get out of the way of the Force India. Di Resta consequently lost a significant amount of time in the final sector of...
