Bianchi to remain with Marussia for 2014

Marussia have announced that they will retain Jules Bianchi as a race driver for next year. Frenchman Bianchi, 23, has impressed in his rookie campaign after joining the team just a week before the start of the 2013 season, with a highest finish of 13th in Malaysia.“I am very happy to be able to confirm that I will stay with the Marussia F1 Team in 2014,” said Bianchi, who is also a member of Ferrari’s Driver Academy. “I couldn’t have wished for a more supportive environment in which to make my F1 debut and from the very beginning I have always felt completely at home with the team.“We started the season very well and while the challenge has increased as...
