Next year's Korean GP 50/50 admits organiser

The organiser of the Korean Grand Prix has admitted its place on the 2014 calendar, which was marked at 'provisional', is far from certain. The event has a contract through to 2016 after they negotiated more favourable terms with Formula 1's Bernie Ecclestone. Despite this organiser Won-Haw Park is keen to renegotiate a lower fee to ensure it remains on the calendar. "We want to improve the current contract with Formula One Management," he said. "We are still negotiating with Mr Ecclestone. We wish to have a satisfactory conclusion," he told Sky Sports ahead of its fourth running.
