Two DRS zones confirmed for Korea
Governing body the FIA has added a second DRS zone to the Korea International Circuit for this year's Grand Prix, following a trend set throughout the 2013 season. The first zone, as was the case in 2012, has been situated between Turns 2 and 3, with a detection point placed shortly after the apex of the second corner. The new area comes along the start-finish straight, following a separate detection line after Turn 15. Organisers have also carried out various track modifications. The plastic exit grass has been replaced with a stronger material at certain corners, extra kerbing has been installed and the pit lane exit now runs through the middle of the Turn 1 run-off area.
