Toto Wolff expects Red Bull to stay at the top of the sport in 2014 Getty Images Enlarge Mercedes executive director Toto Wolff does not think the introduction of new regulations in 2014 will upset the current pecking order in Formula One. Next year F1 will trade the current naturally-aspirated V8 engines for turbocharged V6s, along with a number of other significant changes to the technical regulations.
