GP3 racer Fontana to test for Lotus

GP3 Media Service GP3 driver Alex Fontana will make his Formula 1 test debut at Paul Ricard next week. Fontana, 21, is currently in sixteenth place in this season's GP3 series and is a member of the Lotus junior team programme. The Swiss driver will take to the circuit behind the wheel of Lotus's 2010 challenger, the R30, on Monday. 'I’m naturally delighted that Lotus F1 Team has given me the opportunity of this test,' said Fontana. 'Every driver’s dream is to sit behind the wheel of a Formula 1 car.
