Ward accuses Todt of unfair practice

David Ward has accused Jean Todt of breaching the FIA's Code of Ethics in the run-in to the FIA presidential election. This year Ward will stand against Todt in the election but Brit feels his opponent is not playing fair. Earlier this month he filed a complaint with the FIA's Ethics Committee, citing what he believed to be Todt's use of FIA resources to secure formal written commitments. Jorge Tomasi, the president of FIA's Region IV, responded to Ward's claims by saying it was "offensive."
