Lotus claim team structure can cope with personnel losses 17 September, 2013 Lotus HQ Lotus has been the victim of a ‘brain drain' as more powerful teams waved chequebooks to lure key people away from the Enstone based outfit. In quick succession, Ferrari has poached Lotus' technical director James Allison, star driver Kimi Raikkonen, and aerodynamics chief Dirk de Beer. Auto Hebdo claims computational fluid dynamics boss Jarrod Murphy is also departing.
