Media reports last week suggested the exit of motor racing enthusiast Tavares would 'almost certainly have some impact' on the approach taken in Formula 1 by Renault, who supply engines to multiple teams. But when asked what the impact will be on Formula 1, Renault Sport chief Jean-Michel Jalinier insisted: 'Nothing changes.
