Webber: I got there in the end

Mark Webber is hoping his P2 on the Monza grid will be the step needed to secure his first Italian Grand Prix podium. The Monza circuit has not been kind to Webber in the past with his best result being a P6 at the 2010 edition of the grand prix. This year, in his 12th and final Italian GP, the Aussie is hoping for a good race and maybe even a first visit to the podium. He will start the race second on the grid after losing out to team-mate Sebastian Vettel by 0.213s in Saturday's qualifying. "I said to the boys I was looking for a qualifying PB, it's a nice step towards a good race tomorrow," he said. "I got there in the end when it mattered. Seb did a really good lap....
