New Force India reserve Calado gets FP1 run

Force India have confirmed the signing of Briton James Calado as their test and reserve driver for the remainder of the 2013 season. Calado will get the opportunity to take part in "several" Friday practice sessions, starting with this weekend's Italian Grand Prix. The GP2 driver drove for the Silverstone outfit during the Young Driver Test earlier this year and impressed the team's management, including team co-owner Vijay Mallya. "I'm pleased to confirm that we've signed James as our third driver," he confirmed, ahead of the race.
