Whitmarsh: Penalty was 'harsh'

McLaren Team Principal Martin Whitmarsh thought the penalty Sergio Perez picked up in the Belgian GP was "harsh" and suggested that the young Mexican's aggressive driving makes him a marked man.Stewards handed Perez a drive-through penalty for an incident on lap eight of Sunday's race.
