Jean-Eric Vergne uninterested in driver market rumours

Jean-Eric Vergne has shown little interest in the current rumours circulating the Formula 1 paddock, with regards to who will eventually replace Mark Webber at Red Bull. Despite currently competing in the outfit’s junior team, Toro Rosso, the general belief within the paddock is that Kimi Raikkonen and Daniel Ricciardo are the only contenders. Despite a relatively competitive first half of the season for Jean-Eric Vergne, which has included a personal best of 6th at the Canadian Grand Prix, the Frenchman has allegedly dropped out of contention for the Red Bull drive alongside Sebastian Vettel next season.
