Alonso hoping to shake off his bad luck at Spa

Fernando Alonso is hoping to break his duct at Spa as he looks for his first Belgian Grand Prix win, a race at which he has always suffered bad luck in the past.  Despite taking 32 wins in his Formula One Career for Renault, Mclaren and Ferrari, Alonso has never tasted victory at Spa, with a second place in 2005 the best he has to show from nine attempts. The double world champion had his Belgian Grand Prix ended at La Source last year, after being involved in a spectacular first corner accident with Romain Grosjean, which saw the Frenchman launch his Lotus over the top of Alonso’s Ferrari.
