Raikkonen to move to Ferrari, says Finnish report

According to Finnish tabloid Ilta-Sanomat, Kimi Raikkonen has decided to move to Ferrari next year with the 2007 world champion ditching the option to join Red Bull or stay with current team Lotus. If the report is confirmed, Raikkonen will join James Allison, who served as Lotus’ technical director before moving to the Italian team earlier this year. Raikkonen raced for the Maranello-based team for three seasons starting from 2007, when he won his title. Raikkonen had said in Hungary that he was hoping the choice he would make about his future would be the right one.
