Vettel has no say in '14 team-mate - Horner

Sebastian Vettel has no say in who his team-mate will be next season according to Red Bull team principal Christian Horner. With Mark Webber announcing his retirement from Formula 1, the task of finding a replacement driver for one of the most coveted seats in the sport has fallen to the outfit's management; Horner, Helmut Marko and owner Dietrich Mateschitz.
