Calado impresses Force India at test

Force India has admitted that it was impressed by James Calado's performance at the recent Young Driver Test, with the Briton said to be closing in on a reserve deal. According to the BBC, the 24-year-old GP2 star will soon be confirmed as the outfit's third driver, with Friday practice outings possible in the second half of the season. When asked by GPUpdate.net if Calado is nearing a deal, a Force India spokesman said: "Given his strong performance at the Young Driver Test, it's fair to say that the team was impressed with James.
