Montezemolo fires warning shot at Alonso
Ferrari President Luca di Montezemolo has fired a warning shot at star driver Fernando Alonso after comments made by the Spaniard following the Hungarian Grand Prix. Alonso, who turns 32 today, when questioned following Sunday’s race regarding what he would like for his birthday answered: “'Someone else's car.'
Montezemolo is reported to have reminded Alonso while wishing him a happy birthday this morning that: “All of the great champions who have driven for Ferrari have always been asked to put the interests of the team ahead of their own.'
