Ferrari confirms Allison as Technical Director

Ferrari has officially confirmed that former Lotus (and Renault) Technical Director, James Allison is to join the Maranello outfit.A brief statement reads:Ferrari announces that, as from this coming 1st September, James Allison will join the Scuderia in the role of Chassis Technical Director. At the same time, Pat Frywill take on the new position of Director of Engineering. Both men will report directly to the Team Principal of the Gestione Sportiva, Stefano Domenicalli.
