Webber: Qualifying problems 'massively frustrating'

July 27th, 2013 (F1Plus / Chris Cameron-Dow) - Fortune seems to be against Mark Webber. The Australian Red Bull driver has suffered problems with his car on a number of occasions in 2013, and the latest issues occurred during today's qualifying session for the Hungarian Grand Prix.  Webber suffered a KERS failure during Q2 that cost him some performance, probably around three tenths of a second per lap. He managed to make it through to the top-ten shootout in Q3, but spent the session stuck in the Red Bull garage. After not setting a time in Q3, Webber will start Sunday's race from 10th on the grid.
