Alonso predicts race set-up sacrifices

Ferrari driver Fernando Alonso believes that teams could be tempted to sacrifice race performance in a bid to claim better grid positions for the Hungarian Grand Prix, with the Hungaroring circuit renowned for a lack of overtaking opportunities. The Spaniard was part of a top four covered by just 0.162 seconds on the Friday practice timesheets, and fully expects qualifying optimisations to be made, with nine of the past ten winners of the race starting from at least the second row.
