Ten-place drop for loose tyres

Teams will be handed a ten-place grid penalty at the following race if they release their car without having all four wheels properly attached. The issue was highlighted at the German Grand Prix when Mark Webber's right-rear came loose as he exited his pit-box and as it bounced down the pit-lane it hit an FOM cameraman breaking his collarbone and ribs. A mandatory pit-stop time was discussed during a meeting of the team managers in the Hungaroring paddock, but that idea has now been ditched in favour of this penalty.
