New tyres could help Caterham?

Charles Pic believes the new Pirelli tyres could aid the Caterham F1 team as it looks to progress and close the gap to the established teams. Pirelli's revised rubber will be used for the first time this weekend in Hungary and speaking after running with them during the final day of the Young Driver Test at Silverstone last week, Pic said the consistency now is much better.“We had a productive afternoon [on Friday]. We repeated the same plan we ran in the morning and it obviously wasn't about times, it was about working with the new Pirelli tyres and evaluating setups that we can work on for Hungary and the rest of the season.
