Lotus withdraws Raikkonen from test
Lotus has announced that Kimi Raikkonen has been withdrawn from the Young Driver Test at Silverstone after 'clarification emerged regarding the scope of tests that could be conducted by race drivers for Pirelli this week'.The Finn was due to get behind the wheel of the E21 on Friday to work on the new Pirelli tyres but will now not appear after the team decided it was more beneficial to continue running one of its test drivers to work on car development work.As such, Nicolas Prost – who is on track today for the first day of the three-day session - will return to action on Friday for a second day of running after Davide Valsecchi's day on track tomorrow."Once details of what race...
