Hülkenberg helmet raises money for flood victims

A helmet worn by Sauber driver Nico Hülkenberg during the Malaysian and Bahrain Grand Prix weekends has fetched nearly £6,500 in an online charity auction. Occuring in June, the floods affected large swathes of eastern Europe, with the Danube river water levels rising to a 500 year high. After running for 14 days with a starting price of 1, the auction came to an end on Sunday, with a final total of 7,449 (£6,445) being raised.
