P2: Red Bull respond to Merc

The German GP appears poised for a repeat of a Red Bull and Mercedes battle from Silverstone after Sebastian Vettel led the World Champions' response to their rivals' pace in Practice Two at the Nurburgring.In an afternoon session which continued to successfully allay the sport's lingering tyre concerns, at least for now, the two teams which had been thought most keen to revert to Kevlar belts even before last Sunday's dramatic events again monopolised the top positions on the timesheet, leaving both Lotus and Ferrari trailing several tenths off their pace.
