FP2: Red Bull Hit The Front

Red Bull found their groove in Free Practice Two at the Nurburgring on Friday as Sebastian Vettel claimed P1 with Mark Webber third fastest. After Mercedes dominated the opening session with Nico Rosberg leading a 1-2 for the Brackley squad, Red Bull showed plenty of pace in the afternoon session. Defending World Champion Vettel and Webber dominated at the top on the medium tyres early in the session and they were also fast on the soft rubber later on. Webber was the first man to sample the softs 30 minutes into the session and he immediately went top with a 1:30.683, but he didn't stay there for long as his team-mate posted the benchmark of 1:30.416 to hit the front.
