Brawn: We’re now in contention
Mercedes boss Ross Brawn says he feels his team is now in contention for the F1 title after a second win of the season in the British Grand Prix.Nico Rosberg added to his Monaco win with victory at Silverstone after a drama-filled race that was affected by four drivers suffering from punctured tyres. Rosberg's team-mate Lewis Hamilton was amongst the quartet, with his left-rear blow-out coming when he was leading in the early stages having started from pole.Mercedes now sit second in the championship standings on the back of Rosberg's win – 48 points behind Red Bull – while both drivers sit inside the top six of the drivers' standings.While that leaves work to do over the remainder of...
