'11th higher than I expected' – Button

Jenson Button says he surpassed his British Grand Prix qualifying expectations, with the McLaren driver earning the right to start his home race from 11th on the grid. After a challenging start to the weekend on Friday, Button hailed an improved balance at the wheel of his MP4-28 throughout the grid-deciding hour, splitting the Ferraris of Fernando Alonso and Felipe Massa, who will line-up in tenth and 12th respectively.
