Williams: We have work to do to improve performance 28 June, 2013 Team and drivers review the first day of the British Grand Prix weekend, Round 8 of the 2013 Formula 1 world championship, at Silverstone. Mike Coughlan, Technical Director: 'It was raining this morning so we could only run on full wet tyres in FP1 to get a feel for the balance of the car. Our test programme was therefore shifted to FP2, so we didn't run the prototype tyre as we needed time to get through all the changes we had planned.
