P1: Rain provides frustration
First practice for the British Grand Prix was held in familiar conditions - persistent rain - at Silverstone on Friday morning.The bad weather, which first arrived on Thursday afternoon, resulted in a damp squib of a session and little in the way of running. The forecast for the remainder of the weekend is rather better and so, from the teams' point of view, there was little sense in trying out new parts and performing set-up work.
