Marussia: We want level playing field

Marussia chief executive Graeme Lowdown says it's not fair that they are unable to claim any prize money, and wants a more equitable agreement in place. Considering that the big boys of Formula One have the luxury of spending millions tinkering with their cars to get just a split second more out of them, it makes it all the more of an injustice that an outfit like Marussia can not even claim the same rewards as these teams. Marussia are currently tenth in the constructors' championship, a position that was worth £35 million at the end of 2012, but even if the Anglo-Russian outfit manage to hold on to that position, they will not receive any financial reward at the end of this season....
