Mansell to act as driver steward in Britain
Nigel Mansell has been named as the FIA's driver representative steward for the British Grand Prix, a role he has held at Silverstone for the past three seasons. The 1992 World Champion claimed 32 pole positions, 31 race victories and 28 further podium finishes from 187 Grand Prix starts, winning his sole world title with Williams. Mansell - who joins Sweden's Lars Österland and Italian Paolo Longoni on the panel - also has four home wins to his name, three of which were achieved at Silverstone.
