Ferrari 'perplexed' by tribunal decision

Ferrari has spoken out after the verdict of the International Tribunal in Paris this week, describing the panel's decision to hand rivals Mercedes a reprimand and a ban from the Young Driver Test at Silverstone next month as "perplexing". With the IT ruling over the private test staged by Pirelli and attended by Mercedes after the Spanish Grand Prix, it was ultimately decided that the Brackley-based outfit would avoid any serious sanctions, much to the disappointment of the Ferrari team.
