Ellinas thrilled after Marussia run

GP3 Series points leader Tio Ellinas says it is a ‘great honour' to be the first Cypriot to test a Formula 1 car after conducting a straight line test for Marussia. The 21-year-old completed an aero evaluation programme for Marussia at Kemble Airfield on Tuesday. 'Today was every bit as exciting as I expected it to be and a very special moment in my career,' said Ellinas. 'I will always remember this day I’m sure. I got used to the car and systems quickly and felt very comfortable quite early on.
