Canamasas set for Caterham aero test

GP2 driver Sergio Canamasas will get his first taste of Formula 1 machinery when he undertakes a straight-line aerodynamic test for Caterham in France on Thursday. The 27-year-old Spaniard, who secured a development role with the team back in March, currently races in the GP2 Series for the related Caterham Racing squad. "Taking part in the aero test with the F1 team is another step in my development and it's good to have the chance to help the team continue the progress they've made so far this year," said Canamasas, who sits 26th in the GP2 standings after four rounds.
