McLaren: Canada was brutal

Sam Michael says McLaren were hurt by their performance in Canada after they failed to finish in the points with either car for the first time in 64 races. The Woking-based team have had a nightmare start to 2013 and after seven races find themselves sixth in the Constructors' Championship and arguably now slower than Toro Rosso on race pace. After qualifying 12th with Sergio Perez and 14th with Jenson Button in Montreal, the McLaren cars followed each other home in 11th and 12th in the Grand Prix, lapped by winner Sebastian Vettel.
