Vettel eases to Canadian GP victory

Sebastian Vettel controlled the Canadian Grand Prix to win his third race of 2013, having lapped all bar his nearest four rivals. The German led away from the start and, apart from during the pit stop phase, led the way. Fernando Alonso finished in second place, while Lewis Hamilton secured third. Mark Webber was fourth, ahead of Nico Rosberg and Jean-Eric Vergne, who claimed his best ever Formula 1 result. Paul di Resta stayed out and made his sole stop on Lap 57 to beat Felipe Massa and Kimi Raikkonen. Adrian Sutil took the final stop despite a drive through penalty for ignoring blue flags.
