Bottas: I'm matching Maldonado in rookie year
Valtteri Bottas believes he's doing just as good a job as his team-mate Pastor Maldonado, despite the Venezuelan's experience with the team. Bottas, who's in his rookie season, has so far finished all six grand prix this year, with an average finishing position of 13th, whilst Maldonado has finished just three and (not taking into account his three non-finishes) also has an average finishing position of 13th. In qualifying however, the story is a little different. Bottas has qualified higher than Maldonado on four occasions to two. Rightly so he should be pleased.
