'Lotus need to cool Grosjean down'

Eric Boullier is confident Romain Grosjean will not devolve to the driver he was at the start of the last season despite a trying weekend in Monaco. Grosjean will start the next race in Canada with a ten-place grid penalty after his fourth and final accident of the Monaco Grand Prix weekend. The Frenchman's weekend began with a minor incident in FP1 and progressed to a bigger one in Thursday's second practice. That, though, was just the start of it. Another crash in final practice put him on the back foot in qualifying, however, he still managed to get through to Q2, qualifying in 13th place.
